ENTRY DAY is August 4th 11am-6pm. No entries will be accepted after 6pm on August 4th. Bring your exhibits to the fair on August 4th between 11am-6pm.

On behalf of the Northeast Montana Fair Commission and the Valley County Commissioners, we invite you to the 2026 Northeast Montana Fair.

Area talents are enjoyed by all fair goers. We encourage everyone to participate in the 2026 fair by entering their livestock, artwork, handwork, culinary efforts or gardening successes. The fair is about everyone in the area becoming involved as a spectator, 4-H member, exhibitor or local business. Come and share adventures at the 2026 NE Montana Fair.

FairEntry Instructions

Making a Account:

·Go to the FairEntry website.

·Under “How would you like to participate”, select “As an Exhibitor”

·Select: “Create a FairEntry account”

oThen begin registration

oIndividual

oFill out the new exhibitor info (name, last name, date of birth, County, Grade)

oFill out contact info (phone #, and email(Optional))

oFill out address info

oIf you have any questions feel free to fill that part out or call the fair office

oFinally review the information and press continue to entries if everything is correct

·You are now ready to add your entries

oSelect the department you are entering under

oNext, select the class

oFinally select the lot

oWhen done select the green choose button

·Feel free to add as many entries as you would like by selecting the white back to entries button

oWhen you are done adding entries select the payment button at the top of the screen (don’t worry their isn’t actually a fee) and select green continue from their

·Finally select the green submit button

·You can have multiple people registered under one account.

·After you have submitted your entries, we at the fair office will then approve it, print off your entry tag labels, and put them on the tags.

·You will no longer need entries tags, we at the fair office will fill them out and you can come pick them up any time before entry day or on entry day.

·Once you have received you entry tag you fill need to attach it to your exhibit
