We are excited to celebrate the 2026 Clinton County 4-H & Youth Fair! The fair motto is:“Where Friends Meet and Memories Are Made”

The Fair is a time-honored tradition that showcases the talents, dedication, and leadership of our 4-H and FFA members and youth in Clinton County. It’s also a true community effort—a time to recognize the hard work of our youth and the legacy of volunteers and leaders who came before us.

As you walk through the fairgrounds, we invite you to take a moment to appreciate the rich history preserved by our community.

Important Fair Dates & Information

Fair Registration

  • Opens: June 1st

  • Closes: July 1st

  • NO late entries accepted through the Fair Entry system after July 1st.

Fair Entry Registration Help

  • Date: June 22nd & 30th
  • Time: 5:00PM - 8:00PM
  • Location: Clinton County Fairgrounds
  • Note: We will be taking stall deposits in at the Fairgrounds on June 22nd & 30th as well (5pm - 8pm). Stall deposits will be available to make after this point in the Extension Office July 1st - July 15th. .

Late Entry Option

  • Date: Saturday, July 26th

  • Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 Noon

  • Location: Fair Office Late Entry Station

  • Note: Late entries will not receive pre-printed exhibit cards and late stall fees with an additional $50 accomidation charge will apply.

IMPORTANT FOR 2026: Stall Reservations through FAIR ENTRY

To reserve animal stall space:

  1. Go to the Fair Entry system.

  2. Select the Stalling Department.

  3. Choose the stalls/pens needed.

Failure to reserve by July 1st will result in a non-refundable $50.00 per stall fee.

Stall Deposit Details

  • Deposit: $20 per stall/pen

  • Must be paid before animals are placed in the barn.

Stall Deposit Payment Options

At the Clinton County Fairgrounds

  • June 30th & July 13th | 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

At the Clinton County Extension Office (Garden Level of the Courthouse):

  • July 1st - July 15th | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Reminder: Members must have their stall card in hand before bringing animals to the fairgrounds on Saturday.
