Welcome to the Chelan County Fair! We are excited to have you join us as part of this year's fair and appreciate the time, talent, and dedication you bring to the event.

Exhibitors are at the heart of the fair tradition, showcasing the creativity, craftsmanship, agricultural heritage, and community spirit that make Chelan County such a special place. Whether this is your first year exhibiting or you're a longtime participant, we're grateful you're sharing your hard work with fairgoers from across the region.

We encourage you to take time to explore the fair, connect with fellow exhibitors, and enjoy all the exhibits, entertainment, food, and festivities throughout the week. Your participation helps create memorable experiences for thousands of visitors and inspires future generations to get involved.

4-H families use the Fair Entry Exhibitor Account login box, and not the 4-H Online box. In theory your child if registered with 4-H online will populate when you login with the same email address you use for 4-H online.

• For families or groups – please complete all entries for each exhibitor whom you are registering prior to check out.

• An animal registration fee is required for EACH exhibit registered. The large animal (all goats, sheep, swine, beef, and horses) fee is $10 for each animal. The small animal (rabbits, cavies, hamsters, poultry, and birds) fee is $2.00 for EACH animal.

• Registration is considered complete only when the exhibitor fee and all animal registration fees are paid and you receive a confirmation email from Fair Entry.

• An Exhibitor Number will be assigned during registration. Make sure your mailing address is correct.

• Due to limited stall space, Douglas County and Chelan County residents will be given first option for pen/stall/cage space. Exhibitors will be notified if space is not available.

• Most exhibits will be sharing pen/stall/cage space due to limited exhibit areas.

• FFA Members: List the name of your Chapter, your grade as of January 1, 2025.

• 4-H Members: List the name of your Club, your age as of October 1, 2025, and check the box that matches your age (Cloverbud, Junior, Intermediate, or Senior).

• Grange Youth Members: List Grange name, age as of January 1, 2025, and check the box that matches your age (Beginner, Junior, Intermediate, or Senior).

• If you have animals in both FFA and 4-H, be sure to register each of them using the correct organization name.
