The 2026 Sherburne County Fair is scheduled for July 15 - 19, 2026 at the Sherburne County Fairgrounds in Elk River.

Important Dates

• February 17: Animal ID Deadline for market beef (beef steers, market heifers, and dairy steers)
• May 15: Animal ID deadline
• May 16?: Registration opens and 2026 premium book is released
• June 27: Registration deadline
• July 9: Sherburne Showcase, Oliver Kelley Farm, 5 - 8 p.m.
• July 14: Sherburne County 4-H project judging day for general exhibits
• July 15: Sherburne County Animal load in
• July 15 - 19: Sherburne County Fair
• July 25: Dog Show (Agility)
• July 26: Dog Show (Obedience, rally & showmanship)

Registration

The deadline to register your 4-H projects for 2026 is June 27. Registration for the county fair will take place through FairEntry. (sherburne.fairentry.com) You must be enrolled in 4HOnline (mn.4honline.com) for the current 4-H year in order to register for the county fair through FairEntry.
