Welcome to the Harney County Fair!
You will use this website to register for Open Static Classes.
Online Registration will be open from June 8 through August 26 at Midnight. REMEMBER! Exhibitors MUST pre-register their entries online!
Static Exhibit Check-In will be open on Tuesday, September 8, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on Wednesday, September 9, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Judging will begin on Wednesday at 1 p.m. Static Exhibit Check-Out will be Sunday, September 13, from 8 a.m to Noon.
For Open Static Class entries, there will be three age groups: Youth, Adult, and Senior. These classes will be made automatically based on your birthdate.
Help with online registration will be available:
- The first Saturday of each month at the Farmer’s Market at the Palace throughout the summer
- The OSU Extension Office in the basement of the courthouse
- Emailing questions to openstatic.harneycountyfair@gmail.com
- Or by contacting the department superintendent

KIDS! Don’t forget to enter our Coloring Contest for a chance to win a free 1 day Carnival Pass! Submissions will be on Display in our Demonstration Tent. Extra pages & coloring materials will be available during the Fair. Pages will be judged Friday September 11, 2026 by Noon.
