Welcome to the 2026 Union County FairEntry website!

This website will be used for all 4-H and FFA entries for the Union County Fair (Iowa). If you are a 4-H member, log-in using the 4-HOnline log-in box. If you are an FFA advisor or member, use the alternate "blue" log-in box.

Fair Entry will be open from May 15, 2026 to July 1, 2026, for exhibitors and their families to submit fair entries. All Communication Events, Fashion Revue & Clothing Selection events, and table setting exhibits entry deadline is June 1. All livestock and static exhibits will need to be entered by July 1st. This will require you to identify the static project(s) you plan to bring by July 1st. You will receive a printed list of all entered projects in your fair packet picked up at fair clean-up. At static judging check-in, you will receive a project tag to attach to your exhibit.

Poultry Exhibitors: You will receive a list of the birds you identified in 4-H Online in your fair packet. Please mark the birds that are coming to the fair and bring the list with you to check-in on Friday.

All 4-H and FFA members needing special accommodations or a substitute showman during judging times must fill out a request form at the Extension Office. All special accommodation requests need to be submitted no later than July 3 at 4:30 PM, except in the case of emergencies which should be submitted as soon as possible. Information needed: member name, club, request type and details, member and parent/guardian signature.
