WELCOME to our 2026 DuPage County Fair Open Class Competition! We are happy to announce that the Fair will be held 4 days, Thursday through Sunday, July 23-26, 2026. This is our 72nd Anniversary of the Fair in Wheaton. The Open Class Agricultural Sciences & Home Economics and Arts Divisions competitions are exclusive to DuPage County residents; anyone ages 5 and up can enter. Last year many new classes were added to each department, and this year we added several more! We have kept the Youth Division for kids 5-7 years of age, and the "Advanced Photo" section in Photography. Check out the Adults Division of Arts & Crafts and Woodworking for new, engaging classes! Again we are using "sunflowers" as our theme in our building this year, so there are many competitive classes relating to "sunflowers". Since it is our country's 250th Anniversary this year, we have added classes in almost every department dealing with this special anniversary. The most significant change last year, which will be continued again this year, is that an entry fee is not required for each class. Instead, buying an exhibitor pass allows you to enter as many classes as you choose, and the pass is your admission into the Fair for all 4 days!

Please read the 2026 General Rules and Regulations before entering. Be sure to enter the correct age group as of your age on Sept. 1st, of last year, 2025. Online entries will begin June 1st and end Monday, July 13th. We hope to see lots of exhibits at the fair where residents of DuPage County can show their skills and earn money and ribbons!
