Welcome to the Price County Fair and our Fair Entry System!!
We are excited that you are planning to exhibit in this year’s Fair!! As you complete your entries, PLEASE note the following:
- The Premium Book is the primary source for what is required for each of the exhibits being brought to the fair.
- Enter all family exhibitors. Each member must have their own subaccount in your family account. Then enter each family members’ entries. Do NOT process payment until ALL entries have been added for ALL family members.
- Process your invoice for payment in the system. If you process prior to having everyone’s entries in, you will have to wait for your invoice to be approved before you can add more exhibitors or entries to a new invoice.
- Premises ID is a required entry if entering animals in the Fair.
- HORSES -- If you are entering horses, please have your Coggins scanned on your computer as it must be uploaded with your horse entries.
- SWINE -- If you are entering swine, you must upload the VET Health Certificate for your Swine.
- POULTRY -- If you are entering poultry or eggs, you must upload the Poultry Pullorum Testing document for your poultry. If the poultry is purchased this year, you must upload the purchase receipt.
- All of these documents are required for the specific species. If they are not uploaded prior to the Fair, your animals are not allowed on the fairgrounds.
