Welcome to the Fair Entry Process!

Grundy County Fair July 20-25, 2026

Entries & Fees are DUE July 1st, 2026 by 11:59 pm!

STOP! Before you enter your classes for fair exhibits here are some important reminders:

FAIR BOOK (Link Below):

  • Use your Fair Book for project area rules and class numbers for each exhibit.
  • Project area is what you are learning about. Exhibit is a product of what you learned in your project area. Example: Project area: Beef / Exhibit: Market Beef or Project Area: Photography / Exhibit: Photo of a red flower.

EXHIBITOR LOG IN:

  • 4-H & Clover Kid Families: please login with your 4hOnline family e-mail and password.
  • Dual Enrolled Families(4-H and FFA): please login with the 4hOnline family e-mail and password and make sure to select the correct club or chapter for each exhibit.
  • FFA Only Families: please use an existing family account or create a new family account.

DEADLINES:

  • June 17th Deadline to Sign Up for Fashion Show Judging on Fairentry.com
  • June 15th Rabbit & Poultry ID Deadline
  • Juen 15th YQCA must be completed
  • June 21st Fashion Show Judging!
  • July 1st Prospect Feeder Calves born May 15 - June 1st must be ID'd on fairentry
  • July 1st FAIR ENTRIES ARE DUE!
  • July 6th Onsite Garden Judging

ENTRY FEES:

Credit Card(online), cash, or check payments are accepted.

Make checks payable to the Grundy County Agricultural Society. Payments are due by July 1st to the Grundy County Extension (703 F Ave; Suite 1, Grundy Center, IA 50638) There will be no refunds.

FINAL STEP - SUBMIT YOUR ENTRIES:

You will receive an e-mail when you submit your entries. Once entries are approved you will receive an email confirming approval. Once you hit submit you will not be able to add entries until the current invoice is approved.
