Welcome to the the 2025 Meramec Community Fair registration site!

Registration for LIVESTOCK will be open from May 26 through June 20, 2025. 4-H ARCHERY registration will be open May 1 through May 30, 2025. 4-H BUILDING registration will be open May 15 through June 23, 2025.

Before you register, make sure you have looked at rules for submitting projects that can be found here.

4-H members will sign-in through their 4-H Online family account. FFA members that do not have a 4-H Online account will need to login to their FairEntry account or register one if this is their first time registering in FairEntry under FFA.

IMPORTANT: Make sure to not only add your exhibitors but also the projects they are entering into the classes for the fair. You can see if you added projects at the final review window before you submit.
