Welcome to the 2023 Culpeper-Madison-Rappahannock (CMR) Farm Show.

The CMR Board would like to thank you for your interest in this year’s event. The CMR Executive Board, Adult Members, Junior Members, Department Heads, and many other supporting volunteers are all currently hard at work to provide both youth and adults in Culpeper, Madison, and Rappahannock counties with an opportunity to showcase their hard work in a County Fair setting, rich with historical relevance and of supreme importance to the communities CMR serves. Without exhibitors none of this would be possible! Again, thank you for your interest and forthcoming entry completion as we continue to write the story of the CMR Farm Show into the future.

All exhibitors are expected to pay entry fees at the time of entry via credit/debit card. All youth livestock entries will be charged the “non-sale” fee rate at the time of entry. Exhibitors planning to sell entries in the sale will be expected to declare those sale entries post the conclusion of weigh-in at the event. Additional fees due for sale animals will be paid in the show office post declaration. Further information on the process will be provided at a later date.

All Homemakers entry fees have been waived for 2023 in an effort to increase participation. Please take advantage; let’s fill the building.

If you are a 4-H member, you do not have to create a new FairEntry account. Log in using the GREEN “Sign in with 4hOnline” button. FFA and/or Homemakers only members will have to sign in using the BLUE “Sign in with FairEntry” button and may have to create an account if you have not already done so in the past.
