Welcome to the Hamlin County 4-H Achievement Days registration site! Achievement Days will be held from Tuesday, August 6th through Friday, August 9th. For a more complete schedule please check the Achievement Days packet that will be sent out around the beginning of June. Please read the following carefully in order to understand the registration process.
For Livestock Entries: Livestock entries are due by Monday, July 15th by 11:59 PM. If you are having difficulties please contact the office during office hours for assistance.
For Indoor Entries: Indoor Exhibits can be entered by Monday, July 15th by 11:59 PM. The system will then shut down and no exhibits can be registered this is to allow time for the initial printing of display exhibit scan tags to be completed. The site will then open back up for indoor exhibits to be registered from Friday, July 19th through Friday, August 2nd at 11:59 PM. A second round of display entry scan tags will be ran by office. Entries can still be entered on the night of Tuesday, August 6th during display exhibit judging by an office staff at the check in table. It is highly recommended that families that need to enter new indoor display exhibits come between 5 PM and 7 PM to get their exhibits entered into the system prior to getting them judged. All entries, except for Cloverbud members, will need to have a scan tag attached to their projects or they will not be judged until it is done. It is highly recommended that families come prepared with their scan tags attached to their projects before getting exhibits judged. For entries that are registered by the Monday, July 15th deadline, families are able to collect their scan tags from the office after Friday, July 19th. For families with entries that are registered by the August 2rddeadline will be able to collect their scan tags on Monday, August 5th or at the judging.
