Online Registration Process!

Registration OPENS on Monday, July 1st, 2019

Registration CLOSES on Monday, August 12th, 2019 at 5 pm

All Hall Entries must be brought to the Ag Hall on August 14th from 12 noon - 5 pm, unless otherwise listed (perishables).

All Barn Entries must have a Certificate of Health in accordance with Massachusetts General Law. Please see Animal Category for specifics and times for animals to be brought to the Fairgrounds.

If you registered with Fair Entry last year, it should have all your information. Just login. Please review your information to make sure it is still correct and answer the new questions at the end.

Make sure to press submit when you are done to finish the process.



    • If you submit your completed final entry form (with no additions or changes after) by the end of the day Thursday August 8, 2019, by paper or computer, you will receive a coupon for $1 off entrance to the fair on the day of your choice when you drop off your items for judging. (One per exhibitor.)


    • For all baking entries, an ingredient list written on a 3" x 5" card is required at time of drop off. This replaces the requirement of the complete recipe while satisfying the law regarding allergens.


    • You may register for the following events through FairEntry. If you don't see your favorite event on the list, it is still happening, it is just not on fair entry and registration is as it has always been. Simply scroll down to the EVENTS Category (Department 122) for:

      A: Women’s Skillet Throw

      B: Tug-O-War - Youth (00001) and Adult (00002)

      C: Woodsmen’s Fair

      D: Antique Tractor Pull


    • Please be careful about your selection of category when entering. Certain Departments and Categories have been updated as well as new categories created.

**Group Entries Instruction: Register your group name as the first name and a period "." as the last name. Then list your group members in the description section if you so choose.

For example:

First Name: 4H Super Silos

Last Name: .

Description in Entry: Your description of your project. You may also choose to attach your description or list of group members to your item on a 3x5 card.
