Welcome Exhibitors to the 19th Annual Doña Ana County 4-H/FFA Expo!

These are the things that you will need to complete registration:

-840 tag number

-Credit card

-Project classes https://www.donaanacountyexpo.com/premium-book

  • All exhibitors must be enrolled in an active 4-H club or FFA Chapter in Doña Ana County and must be members in good standing.
  • 4-H exhibitors must be enrolled in the project they are exhibiting, with the exception of shooting sports. Members must be enrolled in a shooting sports project and FFA members must present a Hunter's Safety card or attend a workshop prior to the event.
  • Exhibitors eligible to show in any other county will not be allowed to exhibit in the Doña Ana County Expo.
  • THERE IS NO LIMIT ON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES AN INDIVIDUAL EXHIBITOR MAY EXHIBIT.
  • Entries for the 2019 DAC 4-H/FFA Expo will be available beginning Saturday, June 29, 2019, and will close at 11:00 p.m. (MST) on Friday, July 19, 2019.
  • Payment is by credit card only.
  • Social Security numbers will be required for all premium checks over $600.00 and these checks must be picked up at the Doña Ana County Extension Office.
  • Late entries will be accepted by EXPO personnel located in the Fair office up to end of species check-in. The entry fee PLUS a $50.00 late fee will be assessed for EACH exhibitor. Late entries are payable by cash only.
  • Achievement Day will be held on Friday, July 26, 2019 at the Elks Lodge, 3000 Elks Drive.
