Welcome to the 2026 Middle Park Fair & Rodeo Fair Entry Registration!

Please review the following important information before registering your projects.

General Projects

  • The Grand County 4-H Shoot will be held on Sunday, July 26th:
    • Archery begins at 8:00 AM at Flying Heels Arena in Granby
    • All other disciplines begin at 10:00 AM at Crooked Creek Trap Club in Granby
      Participation is optional but encouraged. Members must register through Fair Entry for each discipline they plan to compete in.
  • Exhibit Day is mandatory for all general projects and will take place on Wednesday, July 29th beginning at 8:00 AM at the Extension Hall at the Kremmling Fairgrounds.
    If you cannot attend, arrangements must be made with Tonja at the Grand County Extension Office prior to July 16th.
  • In Fair Entry, members must:
    1. Register for an Exhibit Day interview time
    2. Register each exhibit separately
      Most projects will require two entries: one interview and one exhibit.
  • Supreme Exhibitor participants must:
    • Schedule an interview time during Exhibit Day
    • Complete all required species tests at the Extension Office prior to July 16th
      Only one interview is required, even if competing in multiple species.

Animal Projects

  • Showmanship is required for every species. All other classes are optional.
  • Horse Project members should register for every class they may potentially compete in. Classes cannot be added once fair begins. Members must use horses identified in 4-H Online by May 1st.
  • Dog Project members should confirm their obedience and rally level with their leader or the Extension Office before registering.
    The Dog Show will be held Sunday, August 2nd at the Kremmling Ice Rink (behind Red Mountain RV). Members wishing to advance to State Fair must email the Extension Office immediately after the show with the dog and classes they plan to enter.
  • Livestock members must register each animal by species. If an animal previously tagged in will not attend fair, please notify the office as soon as possible.
  • Breeding animal exhibitors should register for breeding classes and select the appropriate animal for each species.
  • Poultry:
    • Breeding and show birds must be entered into 4-H Online by July 16th.
    • Market birds will receive MPFR tags at weigh-in on Thursday, August 6th, when market pens will also be determined.
  • Rabbits:
    • Breeding and show rabbits must be entered into 4-H Online by July 16th.
    • Market rabbits must be tattooed and entered into 4-H Online by July 16th.
    • Members may create market pens in Fair Entry after rabbits have been approved and transferred from 4-H Online. The Extension Office will notify families when this process is complete.
