County Fair Entry Deadline July

If you have any questions regarding Fair Entry, please contact the Grundy County Extension Office at 319-824-6979. We are happy to assist you. It is important that you read all instructions and sections. Use your Fair Book for more detail class descriptions and requirements.

4-H Families - please log in with your 4hOnline family e-mail and password. If you have both 4-H & FFA members exhibiting please use the 4hOnline family e-mail and password and make sure to select the correct club or chapter for each exhibit.

FFA Families - please use an existing family account or create a new family account. If you have both FFA & 4-H members exhibiting please use the 4hOnline family e-mail and password and make sure to select the correct club or chapter for each exhibit.

2024 Grundy County Fair Book Exhibitors are EXPECTED to review the general rules and specific rule section for your exhibits before entering classes for fair.

2024 Grundy County Fair Schedule - Please see the schedule for specific times your animals are allowed to arrive on the grounds, check in time, show time and release time.

Exhibitor Family Guide - The exhibitor family guide includes instructions and important links to forms for exhibits you will need.

All fair entries are due by 11:59 pm on July 1, 2024

• Fashion Show Deadline is JUNE 25th with Judging on JUNE 30th starting at 2pm
• Cash or check payments are accepted for entry fees. Entry fees are for stalls, cages, and pens. If you have animals being housed at fair and are not charged a fee, you did not sign up for any stalls, cages or pens.
• YQCA Certificates are due. Please upload your certificate to Fair Entry.
• You will receive an e-mail when you submit your entries. Your entries will be approved once payment is received.

Note: Exhibitors are responsible for completing entries. Identifying your animals by May 15th did not automatically enter you in County or State Fair classes. State Fair entries are completed on the State Fair Entry Database.
