Tips For Exhibitor Making Online Entries

• Recommended Browsers: Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Older versions of Internet Explorer may cause unexpected results.
• Register ALL entries for each Exhibitor in the FAMILY before proceeding to the Payment Section. (No payment will be due.)
  • NEW: Animal Record Books are listed under the 4-H static department and division 010: Animal Record Book and then the specific record book for your animal. In the description list which specie of animal is being shown.
  • Register for Showmanship in Livestock, Horse and Small Animal.
  • Cloverbud static exhibits are listed under the 4-H static department and division 00: Cloverbud, Class 0000: Cloverbud, and then list the description of the exhibit.
• Be sure to click the "Submit" button when you have completed your entries. Entries are not finalized until they have been submitted.
• Check your email inbox for a confirmation email with a list of your entries.
• You will receive a second email when your entries have been approved.
• YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT AGAIN UNTIL YOUR PREVIOUS ENTRIES ARE APPROVED BY THE EXTENSION OFFICE.
