Welcome to Meeker County 4-H's fair registration!

Registration for 2023 will open on May 15. At that time you will have access to your family's county fair registrations any time you want, using your 4-H Online username and password.

PREMIUM BOOK

4-H Premium Book will be available on Monday, May 15. Please access it one of the following ways:

1. Online! 2023 Meeker County 4-H Premium Book
2. Stop by the Meeker County Extension office and pick up a copy anytime, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

• Project age divisions are based on grades completed as of June 2023.
• Each general exhibit or animal exhibit needs to be entered either online using FairEntry or by submitting a paper entry form to the Extension office by July 1 to avoid late registration. Late registrations can still exhibit at the county fair, however, this will result in no ribbon placing higher than a blue, no participation in the market livestock or dairy auctions, and projects are not eligible for state trips.
• Reference the premium book for helpful exhibit suggestions listed under each project area.
• 4-H members may bring up to two different exhibits per general (non-livestock) project area with a few exceptions that are noted in the premium book.
• Cloverbuds may bring up to four exhibits, plus one exhibit for each livestock species, one livestock poster per species, and participate in any other events held prior to entry day (fashion revue, food revue, performing arts and public presentations).
• When bringing multiple exhibits in the same project area, please remember to register each project you plan to exhibit separately.

DEADLINES

All registrations must be complete by July 1

If you are registering online using FairEntry, you will have until 11:59 p.m. to complete your registration online.

If you are submitting a paper entry form it must be:

• Turned in to the Extension office by 4:30 p.m. on July 1 -OR-
• Postmarked by July 1
