Welcome Exhibitors to the 22th Annual Doña Ana County Fair!

These are the things that you will need to complete registration:

-Last six digits of the tag number your Extension Agent or Ag Teacher tagged your animal with.

-Credit card

-Project classes https://www.donaanacountyfair.com

  • All exhibitors must be enrolled in an active 4-H club or FFA Chapter in Doña Ana County and must be members in good standing.
  • 4-H exhibitors must be enrolled in the project they are exhibiting, with the exception of shooting sports. Members must be enrolled in a shooting sports project and FFA members must present a Hunter's Safety card or attend a workshop prior to the event.
  • Exhibitors eligible to show in any other county will not be allowed to exhibit in the Doña Ana County Fair.
  • Entries for the 2022 Dona Ana County Fair will be available beginning Monday, June 27, 2022, and will close on Friday, July 15, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. (MST).
  • Payment through FairEntry is by credit card only.
  • Late entries will be accepted on-line from July 16, 2022 through July 22, 2022 with an additional late fee of $50 per exhibitor for all divisions except Achievement Day. Late entries for Achievement Day will be accepted on August 8, 2022, with a late fee of an additional $3 per entry.
  • After the on-line platform has closed, late entries will be accepted in each event and must be paid to DACF personnel at check-in, in cash.
  • Social Security numbers will be required for all premium checks over $600.00 and these checks must be picked up at the Doña Ana County Extension Office.
  • Achievement Day - ONLY 1 ENTRY PER CLASS IS ALLOWED. All entries will be accepted at the New Mexico Farm and Ranch Heritage Museum.
