Welcome to the 2023 Washington County Fair in Easton/Greenwich, NY
August 21st - August 27th, 2023
In order to enter as an exhibitor at the Washington County Fair, you must be a resident of Washington County, NY except for the Open Horse Show, Open Gymkhana, Open Draft Animal Demonstrations, Open Ox Versatility Challenge, Truck & Tractor Pulls, and Demolition Derbies. Youth must be a resident of Washington County, NY or they must attend a school in Washington County or be a member of a 4-H club, FFA, or Scouts in Washington County, NY.
New for Fair 2023
Look in the OPEN GOAT DEPT for OPEN UTILITY GOAT CHALLENGE.
We will not be publishing a hard copy of our Exhibitor's Handbook, however, a copy will be on our website and you will be able to view, download, and print the entire Handbook. You will also have the ability to view and download only the parts that you need along with entry forms, stall requests, and other forms needed for entering.
ONLINE ENTERING:
You will need a valid email address and a valid credit/debit card in order to set up an account. Once you have created an account you can log in and out as many times as needed. Reminder: You will receive 2 email confirmation notices; one that confirms you have registered as an online exhibitor. Then once you have selected your entries and SUBMITTED them, a 2nd email will confirm your entries. This will identify if your entries have been approved or rejected. Once rejected or approved, you may add more entries.
Online entries OPEN at 8:00 am on June 15th and CLOSE at midnight on July 31st.
If entering Livestock, a copy of REGISTRATION PAPERS & STALL REQUEST ARE DUE WITH ENTRIES. These both can be done online within the FAIRENTRY PROGRAM.
Please check all of your entries for accuracy as you are responsible for your completed and submitted entry. ALL exhibitors are expected to read and understand all Health requirements and Show Rules. Submission of entries for the show(s) entered implies the exhibitor has read and will comply with all Health Requirements and Show Rules as contained herein. Health Requirements and all show rules & Regulations can be found on our website: www.washingtoncountyfair.com.
