Hello, Cass County 4-Hers and welcome to the FairEntry registration for the Cass County 4-H Showcase at the Cass County Fair in Pine River, MN!

This FairEntry system allows you to register your 4-H projects for exhibition at the Cass County 4-H Showcase at the Cass County Fair in Pine River, MN. All exhibits must be entered into this system (or paper forms to be returned to the Pine River Extension Office) prior to the end of the day on June 1, 2022, at 11:59 PM. After this point, the stystem will lock itself and no additional entries will be excepted.

As you register exhibits, please keep in mind:

• Project age divisions are based on the grade the youth completed as of June 2022.
• Each exhibit must be entered online (or a paper form to be returned to the Pine River Extension Office) by the end of the day onJune 1, 2022, at 11:59 PM to avoid late registration consequences. Late entries may still exhibit at the county level, but will be ineligible for Grand and Reserve Champion awards or Minnesota 4-H State Fair Trips.
• When registering exhibits for the fair, please keep in mind that the quality of the projects exhibited is more important than the quantity of exhibits brought to the showcase for judging. To be respectful of our judges’ time, and our staffs’ time and resources, we ask that you only register for exhibits you know you will be able to complete by the time of the fair. In addition, youth will be limited to 5 exhibits per project area class (example: up to 5 “Photography - Photo Manipulation” exhibits,up to 5 “Crafts & Fine Arts - Crafts” exhibits, etc.).
• Club Activities project exhibit registrations should be submitted by the club’s leaders using SignUp Genius. Club Activities exhibit registration is due no later than 11:59 PM on Wednesday, June 1, if registering online with the SignUp Genius. If registering with paper forms (at the end of this document), Club Activities exhibit registration is due to the Pine River Extension Office no later than 4:30 PM on Wednesday, June 1.
