DEADLINES!

• Registration for ALL fair exhibits (non-livestock and livestock) must be completed in Fair Entry online by 11:59 p.m. on Friday, July 1!
• If you are submitting the paper entry form, it must be turned into the Martin County Extension Office by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, July 1 or postmarked by Friday, July 1.

Get your registration completed by June 10 to be placed in a drawing for a chance to win a $20 4-H Food Stand Punch Card!

Reminders…

• Project classes are based on grades completed as of June 2022.
• Cloverbuds are youth who have completed grades K-2 in June 2022.
• Each general project and/or animal exhibit needs to be registered either online using FairEntry or listed on your submitted advance fair entry. Please Note: Be sure to register for each class you may show in. Any added class after the Fair Registration Deadline will not be able to earn above a blue ribbon, will not be State Fair eligible, and will not be eligible for the Auction.
• Livestock Interviews – Be sure to register for this with each species you are exhibiting.
• Helpful exhibit suggestions are listed under each project area in the Premium Book.
• When registering for General Project areas, you will choose the number of exhibits that you wish to bring. You may show up to three (3) items, per general project area, in your grade level. There are no restrictions on what you choose to exhibit in that general project area, as long as you follow any rules, guidelines, or size limitations.

REMEMBER, only exhibits registered online or marked on your registration form by the Fair Registration Deadline are eligible for exhibition at the fair without penalty. Martin County 4-H Federation policy states: County Fair entries will be accepted after July 1st. However, the following penalties will apply:

• No purple, overall champion, or reserve ribbons
• Not eligible for 4-H Auction
• Not eligible for State Fair
