Welcome to FairEntry for 2022 Freeborn County Fair!

The FairEntry system allows you to enter your fair projects online. Families are required to enter their own project into FairEntry. All projects must be entered prior to the deadline below.

Important Dates:

  • May 23rd: Registration opens
  • May 16th: Animal ID Process was Completed - All tags MUST be in the animal's ear and entered online.
  • June 27th: Registration deadline. The system will lock itself & no entries will be accepted after 11:59 pm on Monday, June 27th.
  • July 27th: Livestock Interviews will happen in-person between 2pm-8pm at the Fairlane Building - Fairgrounds.** Please come anytime between that time frame, will take about 5 minutes.

County Fairs require volunteer help to run smoothly and provide a quality experience for our 4-H youth and families. You are needed to make this happen. Volunteering is expected from 4-H members and families throughout Freeborn County Fair.

  • Exhibit Building Managers: We have a manager and are looking for workers. Call us 507-377-5660 if you are interested in working in the Exhibit Building during the fair.
  • Auction runners & helpers: We need help during the auction to get buyers labels for bids towards animals. Call Wendy if you are available Saturday morning for a few hours. 507-377-5660.
  • NOTE: Fair meeting/ask & answer questions/etc. on Mon. July 25 at 7pm @ Fairlane Building - Freeborn County Fairgrounds

  • These clubs will help with exhibit building set up on Wed. July 27 starting at 2pm:

  • These clubs will help with pens/gates put up on Wed. July 27 at 4pm:

  • Swine project members should assist with swine arena set up inside Jan Reed Livestock Judging Arena on Monday, August 1 from 4-5pm

  • These clubs will help with pens/gates tear down on Sunday, August 7 at 4pm:

    • Oakland

    • Riceland

    • Twin Lakes

  • These clubs will help with exhibit building tear down on Sunday, August 7 at 4pm:
