Frequently Asked Questions:
What's the difference between Camps and Clover Crates?
Camps are held in-person and Clover Crates are 'take-home camps' that can be picked up at your local ISU Extension and Outreach office and done at home. Please note, camps and Clover Crates are open to everyone. Youth do not have to be 4-H members or Clover Kids to participate.
How do I register?
On or after April 1, visit nwiasummercamps.fairentry.com to register. If you need assistance, view the helpful tips on page 2 of any county booklet or contact your local ISU Extension and Outreach office.
Note: Camps are limited to a certain number of participants, so register early to guarantee your child's spot(s). All camps must be registered and paid for online. If you are unable to register online, stop into your local ISU Extension and Outreach office to register.
When does registration close?
Clover Crate registration will close May 25, with crates available for pickup from your local ISU Extension and Outreach office starting June 6.
Summer Camp registration will continue through the summer, with registration for a camp closing when filled or a few days before the camp is held, whichever comes sooner.
Yes, financial assistance is available!
Financial assistance is available to help cover the cost of camps. To apply for financial assistance, complete this form and return it to your local ISU Extension and Outreach office.
No refunds will be given unless a camp is cancelled.
There are a lot of youth who wish to participate in Summer Camps and Clover Crates. For this reason, we will not provide refunds unless a camp or crate is cancelled by our office. Thank you for understanding!
