5. Send/deliver the following completion packet to TCYS by 5pm on November 1st.
IF ALL OF THESE ITEMS 1-4 ARE NOT COMPLETED, YOUR CHAPTER/CLUB SHALL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SHOW.
