Welcome to FairEntry for the 2020 Kandiyohi County 4-H Showcases!
Due to this year's nontraditional circumstances, we are unable to hold the normal county fair event. However, 4-H staff have created alternative showcase opportunities for young people to show off their hard work!
Registration for 2020 will open July 6th. At that time, you will have access to your family's county fair registrations any time you want, using your 4HOnline username and password. If you run into any problems, contact the Extension office at 320-231-7890 or email email@example.com for assistance. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, office hours for staff are limited. Please give yourself enough time to work through any issues that may arise during the registration process- don't wait until the last minute!
This year's premium book will look different from previous years. Some classes and lots have been omitted this year due to restriction guidelines we have to follow. Some normal class offerings are just not possible this year! The premium book can be accessed online through the Kandiyohi County 4-H page.
* Project age divisions are based on grade completed as of summer 2020.
* Each exhibit/animal MUST to be entered online using FairEntry by July 15th. Late registrations will not be able to exhibit this year. Sorry!!
* Entries for both static and livestock projects are limited to one entry per 4-H'er per lot this year. Examples:
a) A 4-H'er may bring more than one rabbit as long as they only have 1 rabbit per age class within the breed. More than one breed may be shown.
b) A 4-H'er may bring only one Fine Arts, Crafts and Youth Leadership Project within as there is only one class that is based on their age group. There is no limit to the total number of projects allowed, but it is suggested to stay under 5.
c) Cloverbuds may show 1 project in each area available.
The fair registration deadline is Wednesday, July 15th.
We look forward to offering these showcases for our 4-H'ers this year!
