All 4-H members must use their 4HOnline account information to log in to FairEntry in order to make entries. FFA members will create a FairEntry account.

Animals must be declared as project animals with your 4-H or FFA program by June 1st of the current year to be eligible. Animals to be exhibited by 4-H members must be entered in 4HOnline as of this date.
Pay special attention to ownership rules based on the PA Jr Dairy Show guidelines.
A copy of official breed registrations MUST be submitted for each entry.

Exhibitors are required to submit a medical form with entry payment, which can be downloaded from https://extension.psu.edu/programs/4-h/forms/4-h-program-medical-treatment-authorization-form-fillable
The online entry deadline is Tuesday, August 20, 2019.
Make checks payable to Northwest District 4-H Dairy Committee (include the exhibitors name(s) on the memo line) and mail with a completed medical form postmarked by Thursday, August 22, 2019 to:
