All 4-H members must use their 4HOnline account information to log in to FairEntry in order to make entries. FFA members will create a FairEntry account.

Animals must be declared as project animals with your 4-H or FFA program by June 1st of the current year to be eligible. Animals to be exhibited by 4-H members must be entered in 4-H Online as of this date.
Pay special attention to ownership rules based on the PA Jr Dairy Show guidelines.
A copy of official breed registrations MUST be submitted for each entry, if not already uploaded to 4-HOnline when the animals was enrolled earlier this year.

Exhibitors are required to submit a medical form with entry payment, which can be downloaded from https://extension.psu.edu/programs/4-h/forms/4-h-program-medical-treatment-authorization-form-fillable
Make checks payable to East Central District Dairy Show (include the exhibitors name(s) on the memo line) and mail with a completed medical form, and copy of your animals registration certificate if needed to:
