Welcome to FairEntry for the 2020 Benton County Fair!

This FairEntry system allows you to enter your fair projects online. This year families will be required to enter their own project into FairEntry. Plan to use your paper copy as a worksheet to assist with self-entering online. All projects must be entered prior to the deadline.

The fair registration deadline is Wednesday, July 15th. The system will lock itself and no entries will be accepted after 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, July 15th..

Reminders

• Project age divisions are based on grade completed as of July 2020.
• Each exhibit/animal needs to be entered online using FairEntry by July 15th to avoid late registration. Late registrations can still exhibit at County Fair, however, will result in no ribbon placing higher than a blue, no participation in the market auctions, and projects are not eligible for state trips.
• Reference the Premium Book for helpful exhibit suggestions listed under each project area.
• When bringing multiple exhibits in the same project area, please remember to register one time for each different project you plan to exhibit.
• See livestock specific premium book sections for details on project limits.

Auction Consignment Form

NEW THIS YEAR - the office WILL NOT be collecting paper entry forms for the County Fair Livestock Auction. All 4-H'ers hoping to be in the auction will need to register online in FairEntry.
