Welcome to the 2020 Jefferson City Jaycees Fair online entry system for 4-H & FFA Exhibitors.

FAIR SCHEDULE MODIFIED FOR 2020:

The schedule and rules for the 4-H/FFA and animal shows are online at https://www.coleco4-hfoundation.org/2020fair. Make sure you read all of the rules and check the schedule as there are several changes this year due to COVID-19!

Cole County 4-H Members: Use the Green "Sign in with 4HOnline" section. Use the same e-mail and password as you would to log into your 4HOnline account. Please verify all information is correct.

FFA Members: Under the Blue section, Select "Not in 4-H and need to create a FairEntry account?" to create a profile.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

• Create an entry for EACH class you wish to enter. For example, if you are entering 2 Country Cured Hams, you must create TWO entries for the class.
  • Be sure to carefully read all screens for important information.

• All entries are due by 11:59pm, Wednesday, July 15, 2020. No late entries accepted!
• You will receive an e-mail when your entry/entries are approved. Entries are not final until approved AND paid.
• Gather all necessary registration papers, animal ID's, item descriptions, etc. before proceeding as they will need to be uploaded:
  • Livestock Exhibitors:
    • Animal ID/Tattoo
    • Health Papers
    • Registration Papers (Breeding Animals)
    • Picture of you with your animal & short narrative (Market Animals)
  • Ham/Bacon Exhibitors:
    • Picture of you with your product

  • Description of Item
  • Absentee Judging Form

ADMITTANCE TO JEFFERSON CITY JAYCEES FAIRGROUNDS:

Fair passes are available at time of ONLINE ENTRY ONLY. These are to be used by immediate family members. Passes must be shown at the gate for 4-H & FFA passes (gate C-1 aka back gate) and when requested. Passes will be distributed at fair work days (or as soon as available).
