113 Houtman, Sonya 667 I used an old cleaned out wine bottle and painted it with a couple coats of vanilla colored acrylic paint and waited for them to dry. Then I tore apart a napkin and put modge podge on the bottle and put the napkin on. Once it had dried, I coated it with modge podge again. Once that had dried, I put E6000 on some twine and wrapped it around the neck of the bottle. I secured that with E6000. Then I found a red bead and put that on the end of the twine with E6000 also. 115 Houtman, Ashlyn 669 Our club leader had us choose a size (kid or adult) and I chose adult. I used some of my dad's clothes, and brought plastic bags to stuff the scarecrow with. I put the clothes on the wooden frame and safety-pinned the shirt to the pants so they didn't fall down. I used the plastic bags that I brought to stuff the body with, and then took some fake straw and tied it to the end of the limbs to make it look like it was stuffed with straw. After that, I painted the face with acrylic paint and then stuffed that with plastic bags and safety-pinned it to the frame. Dark Blue Washtenaw Little Britches

115 Houtman, Ashlyn 670 Our club leader gave me a little dresser and some blue stain. After I stained it, going in the direction of the grain, I decided to add a little personal touch. I spread a coat of Mod-Podge over the top of the dresser, then sprinkled silver glitter over the top of the Mod-Podge. When it dried, I put another coat of Mod-Podge to keep the glitter from flaking off. I also did the same thing to the drawer handles. White Washtenaw Little Britches
